Wartburg, TN - Grab your costumes and your candy buckets! The City of Wartburg invites families from across Morgan County to its annual Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 31, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, at the Courthouse Gazebo on Kingston Street.

Decorated trunks will line the historic courthouse lawn, giving little ghosts, superheroes and princesses a safe, friendly place to trick-or-treat right in the heart of downtown. It's a favorite Wartburg tradition and a great way to see neighbors and make some fall memories.

Event Details

  • When: Saturday, Oct. 31, 6:30-8:30 PM

  • Where: Courthouse Gazebo, Kingston Street, downtown Wartburg

  • Costume Contest: Open to kids ages 0-12. Registration begins at 5:15 PM at the gazebo.

  • Cost: Free and open to everyone

Calling All Trunks and Vendors

All vendors are welcome to join in the fun. To help kids with food allergies enjoy the night too, vendors offering non-candy treats are asked to display a teal pumpkin. Families can look for the teal pumpkins to find allergy-friendly goodies like stickers, glow sticks and small toys.

Bring the whole family, snap some photos with the courthouse in the background and enjoy a fun, safe Halloween night in Wartburg.
